OA system usually refers to the office automation system. These interfaces are designed to improve the efficiency and convenience of users in an office automation environment. To create a user interface of an OA system usually includes various functional modules, such as scheduling, document management, and approval processes.A well-designed OA system UI can make it easier for users to understand and use the system's various functions. In practice, the design of OA system UI will vary according to the needs and preferences of different companies or organizations.
Based on the initial logo and bottom design, I designed three interface design options, all based on presenting the login popup on the right side. During the process, we modified the background and registration method, and the bottom of the page.

During final draft revisions, I added shadows at the bottom of the promotional text, designed the slogan in a rotating format, modified the login-registration toggle, removed the background blurring effect, and added more information at the bottom of the page.

Smart Classroom Big Data Visualization Screen

Description: This is a digital visualization screen made to keep up-to-date with the facilities and security situation of the school building. The overall style is in dark green, and to highlight the graphics, I used bright colors for the charts and contents. For a more intuitive experience, I designed a vertical floor selection.
According to the basic sections and contents provided by the product manager, it includes different sections of entrances: campus entrance, building entrance, fire escape, equipment room, and my screen shows the Building Entrance.
In this interface, you need to include the date and time, user information, floor selection panel, flows monitoring panel, video surveillance panel, and current day flow panel.
Flows Monitoring needs to cover the number of teachers, students and visitors.
Current Day Flow needs to provide equipment system flow, access control system flow and parking system flow in each time period of the flow of people here in the form of charts and graphs so that users can more clearly observe the peaks and trends of the flow of people. In addition, the total number of devices and the number of online operation and the number of alarms are displayed.
Video Surveillance needs to provide the number of cameras online and the number of memories online under different modules.
